One month and going strong!!!

Yesterday was sweet Olivia's one month birthday!  I wanted to write this post yesterday, however, I was sick with a 103.5 degree temperature!  So, I didn't do much of anything!  Anyways, she hit the 1000 grams mile stone on her one month birthday which is a huge deal in the NICU.  Today she is up to 1020 grams, exactly 2 lbs. 4 oz.

I'm feeling much better today, but, because I have been sick, I have not been able to see Olivia in three days.  It is killing me.  I know that it is what is best for Olivia because her risk of infection is too great right now to possibly be exposed to anything, but, this is a perfect example that doing the "right" thing often isn't the easiest thing.

Here are some recent pics of Olivia the day before her one month birthday, wearing her new hat given to her by Aunt Kelley, and pics of her bed side.  Aren't the suit cases so cute!  That was Grammy's idea.  They are jam packed with ADORABLE preemie clothes that Kelley got Olivia.  I am so grateful!  Olivia wouldn't have a single thing that fit her right now if it weren't for Brayden's girlfriend Kelley.  Thanks girl!
